Crunchy Capsicum Toasts

Breakfast is the most important meal of the Day and also turns out to be a meal for which we spend the least amount of time in the Kitchen. .. We have canned juice , cornflakes and Milk , bread , butter and Jam etc etc. So we decided to make a quick but Nutritious Meal this time :

Crunchy Capsicum Toasts
Ingredients
Red and Yellow Capsicum , finely Chopped 1 each
Low Fat Cheese Slices 6
Whole Wheat Bread Slices 6
Oregano , to sprinkle.
Method
- Take a bread slice and put a cheese slice on top.
- Spread red yellow chopped capsicum on top and sprinkle some oregano.
- Toast in an oven for 10 Min at 180* C.
- Serve Hot with Fresh Orange Juice
